• The items can have slight imperfections from the production which is out of seller's control and the item can't be refunded or exchanged

• Any complaints about damaged items etc. must be made within 3 days since the package is delivered (according to the tracking) and item must still has undamaged sticker from pandaroo_unique shop

• Buyers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping cost unless agreed otherwise by seller

• Items that are returned must be received back by seller in the same condition when it's received by buyer and still has undamaged sticker from pandaroo_unique shop

• Package that is missing or stolen after it's delivered (according to the tracking) will not be seller's responsibilty

• Items will be shipped from China, Shipping delays is out of seller's control and the orders will not be refunded because of this
